Appeal for witnesses: Fatal accident at Changi Coastal 26th May

This is an appeal to cyclists/motorists/passer-by who had possibly witnessed Jude Alphonsus Tan's accident on the 26th May 2012 along Changi Coastal Road around 9:30am.
